Work inclusive of foundation, slab on grade, concrete columns, beams, masonry walls, structural connections, exterior envelope system, flat roof system, wiring, breakers, electrical fixtures, outlets, mechanical HVAC system for heating and ventilation, plumbing system, risers and fixtures and connection. Building department comments review and addressing, RFI and Shop drawing review and processing. Complete GC / Construction Management of the project.
